A timed lap race on a five-mile loop from Widemouth Bay: coastal views, a nature trail to the Weir and back beside the Bude Canal. About 60% trail. Run solo, as a pair or in a team, with camping included.

24-hour lap race with camping; 100-mile buckle.

Mandatory kit
- Headtorch from 20:00 for 12 and 24-hour runners; flashing red rear light in darkness; phone strongly recommended. Bone-conduction headphones allowed but discouraged.
