The ground
A multi-terrain 10-miler on clay-country trails above St Austell. It opens with a two-mile climb to the Sky Spur viewpoint, circles Baal Pit and passes Carn Grey quarry, then drops back down Bodmin Road with a sting in the tail.
What to expect
Runs through working clay country, past Baal Pit.
Getting there and back

- Start is on the clay trail by Bodmin Road, opposite Menacuddle Well, about a mile's walk from HQ. Finish is back at Cornwall College.
